Dr. Parham was a history instructor at Siena College for 13 years and published many articles and books including an oral history of the construction of the St. Lawrence Seaway. Dr. Parham served as the keynote speaker at the 50th anniversary of the completion of the Seaway project, in 2007. She also served as Siena's inaugural faculty development director. Currently, Dr. Parham is admitted to practice law in all New York Supreme Courts and the Northern District. For the past three years, she has focused on general practice, civil litigation, trusts and estates and insurance defense. Dr. Parham is honored to join the community at Schenectady Community College.
